Summer Veggie Dip

This is a favorite around our house! It can easily be made much healthier by using fat free or low fat cream cheese.

Gather your ingredients:

  • 1/2 bell pepper ~ diced
  • 1 jalepeno, unseeded ~ diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes ~ seeded and diced
  • 1 can of corn ~ drained
  • 2 green onions ~ chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery ~ finely chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Get to cooking:
Mix all the ingredients together ( this can be done hours before and just keep in the fridge)
Serve with crackers or veggies
