I was given the amazing opportunity to review the Juil Saffi sandal.  I received my Saffi about 3 weeks before my trip to Los Angeles, so I decided to use this opportunity to put these sandals to the test!  There are a couple of things I look for in a shoe.  First of all, I want to know if it is comfortable.  Secondly; is it affordable.  Being affordable doesn’t always mean that the shoe is “cheap”.  If I am going to spend more on a show; I want to know that it is going to last!  For that reason, I wanted to find a unique way to put this Juil sandal to the test!

The first thing I noticed about these sandals was how super comfy they are.  I thought the copper circles would be cold and distracting on my toes-ies, but I was wrong; I didn’t even notice them!  I wore my Saffis to the grocery store and park a couple of times before my trip to make sure I wasn’t going to regret taking these with me.  I felt confident that I could, at least wear them through the airport here in Lafayette.  I had reservations about wearing “flip-flops” for much walking, but a little bit I could do!  Long story short; these sandals endured my entire trip through 3 airports, 4 flights, many blocks of walking and 1 red carpet event! OH YES; the Saffi held up like a champ and my feet felt FANTASTIC!

As you can see; they are a little dirty, but other than that, they are in great shape!  I was anticipating rubbing between my toes, foot pain, and blisters everywhere the sandal touched, but I got none of that.  Instead, I got shoes that were super easy to take off and put back on for airport security, very lightweight and compact for traveling, and maximum comfort and durability!  I suspect these guys will be a very important part of my wardrobe for many years to come!  You can get a pair for yourself  HERE!
