This Easy Peppermint Fudge is always requested at our house during the holidays. Peppermint and chocolate are the perfect holiday combination. We love baking and candy making for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This Easy Peppermint Fudge is always on the top of my list. My kids love helping me make it and their friends love eating them! This recipe is a beautiful addition to your holiday dessert table. The white chocolate sets a little softer than the dark chocolate and looks like melting snow on a rooftop when it’s cut.

This Easy Peppermint Fudge is super easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find year ’round.

You can really get creative with this recipe by mixing in walnuts, pecans or marshmallows to the recipe. You can even add holiday sprinkles or chocolate chips. Get as creative as you want with a recipe like this. Have fun with it and make it your own. Do what your family loves the most!

Easy Peppermint Fudge

Gather your ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • One cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy

Get to cooking:

  • Line 8 X 8 inch pan with parchment, wax paper, or aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine semi-sweet chocolate and 1/2 cup of the sweetened condensed milk in microwave safe bowl, and heat in microwave on high in 20 second increments. Stir between heating. It takes me 60 second total.
  • Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth with back of spoon.
  • Combine white chocolate and 1/2 cup of the sweetened condensed milk in microwave safe bowl, and heat in microwave on high in 20 second increments. Stir between heating. It takes me 60 second total.
  • Add peppermint extract and stir until smooth.
  • Pour mixture on top of chocolate mixture in pan.
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermint evenly over top.
  • Lightly cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fudge is set.
  • Cut into bite-size pieces and enjoy.
  • Store in air-tight container.
