This Easy Chocolate Velveeta Fudge is a crowd favorite around our house during the holidays. You might say “What?! Velveeta with chocolate and sugar?!” Yes, I can assure you, this is not what you would expect. We love baking and candy making for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This Easy Chocolate Velveeta Fudge is always on the top of my list. My kids love helping me make it and their friends love eating them! This recipe makes 6 pounds of fudge, which makes it perfect for gift-giving.

This Easy Chocolate Velveeta Fudge is super easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find year ’round.

Gather your ingredients:
- 4 sticks of butter
- 16 oz of Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup of cocoa
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of vanilla extract
- 4 lbs confectioner sugar
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
Get to cooking:
- Sift cocoa and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and cheese non-stick pan, over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add vanilla and nuts (if desired) to the butter/cheese mixture.
- Mix the sugar with cocoa and add butter mixture.
- Stir until well combined and smooth (this is the hard part)
- Press into two 13 X 9 inch pans
- Allow to cool and cut into bite-sized squares.
- Store in air-tight container.
