Summer Veggie Dip
This is a favorite around our house! It can easily be made much healthier by using fat free or low fat cream cheese.
ENJOY!
Gather your ingredients:
- 1/2 bell pepper ~ diced
- 1 jalepeno, unseeded ~ diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes ~ seeded and diced
- 1 can of corn ~ drained
- 2 green onions ~ chopped
- 1 stalk of celery ~ finely chopped
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Get to cooking:
Mix all the ingredients together ( this can be done hours before and just keep in the fridge)
Serve with crackers or veggies
