No Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake
My best friend makes this no bake strawberry icebox cake for every family function and it is so easy! It is always a huge hit with the whole family and it tastes amazing.
Sometimes you just need something you can throw together for the whole family to enjoy. This cake, well it’s not actually a cake. The good news is that it tastes amazing and you never need to turn on the oven. There’s no risk of burning it and you can just sit down and enjoy it’s deliciousness.
Gather your ingredients:
4 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced
2 (8 oz.) tubs whipped topping
1 (14.4 oz.) box graham crackers
1/4 cup mini milk chocolate chips
1. Spread 1/2 tub of whipped topping on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan. Then layer with graham crackers then strawberries.
2. Repeat until all ingredients are used
You’ll end with a layer of strawberries on top, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips!
3. Refrigerate covered for at least four hours, or until the crackers have softened completely.
Cake will last well for two days.
