Moms, Don't Let Your Health Slide During Back To School

If you’re like me, you’re getting ready for back to school.  Whether you’re homeschooling or sending your kids to a traditional school, this is an exciting time of the year.  The middle of August through the middle of September signals the end of summer.  For some moms, this can be a sad time or a time of mixed emotions.  For me, it’s a very happy time!  By the time summer is over, my kids are ready to go back to school and see all of their friends.   It’s not until October rolls around that they are sick of school again.  Usually after that first report card and the ‘new’ of the school year has worn off.

The hustle and bustle of getting the kids settled back into their routine can really take a toll on a mom’s stress level.  This is the main reason it is important to keep up with your healthy routines.  The best way to be a health champion, is to eat healthy and keep taking any vitamins or supplements you have been taking.  I have been taking Biotin and Cranberry pills for many years.

I headed to the store to pick up my Biotin and Cranberry supplements that my mother recommended I take many years ago.  I never miss taking them.  Even when I go on vacation or a business trip, my supplements are packed, safe and snug, in my luggage.  It just so happened, the day I went to pick up my supplements, they were on sale!  SCORE!  I’m always excited when my daily essentials are on sale, especially this day when they were buy 1 get 1 free.  Oh yeah, this was going to be a great day.  Keep in mind, the prices will vary depending on the store and area of the country.

  • Yes, this time of year is so busy for me, til about mid-September until we get into the swing of things with homeschooling. I already have my Vitamin D, Fish Oil and B12 vitamins, now I gotta go get more Vitamin C. Nature’s Bounty is the best brand in my opinion and where I shop they tend to be B1G1 free 🙂

  • Such good ways to stay healthy during the fall, I feel like everyone inevitably gets a cold this time of year because of all the craziness!
