Easter Marshmallow Bark

This was so much fun and easy peasy to make!  The kids and I all loved it and we even made some with the neighbor kids! If you’re looking for a great, last-minute fun Easter treat; this is it!

Gather your ingredients:

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 3 cups (approximately 1/2 bag) of pastel color marshmallows

Get to cooking:

  1. Heat the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl at 50% for 45 seconds then stir. Continue this process until the white chocolate chips are completely melted.
  2. Add marshmallows to the white chocolate mixture and stir.
  3. Pour mixture onto wax paper, add sprinkles if desired, and allow to cool.
  4. Cut into egg shapes with egg shaped cookie cutter and serve!
    ENJOY!
