Bar-B-Q Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
This bacon cheeseburger casserole is the perfect comfort food! Â You could even add in your favorite cheeseburger toppings to make it personal. Â My kids love it when I top it with tomatoes. Â We’re always looking for something new to cook on game day when all of our friends are over and this will be perfect! Â I am so happy it is finally getting cool enough to turn our oven on these days. Â This will be perfect with some dinner roles and a salad. Â I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Ingredients
- 6 cups tater tots
- 2 lb. Â ground beef
- 1 Â onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup  ketchup
- 1/4 cup Bar-B-Q sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Â yellow mustard
- 2 cup  Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1#Â bacon, cooked & crumbled

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Brown meat with onions and garlic in skillet, drain and stir in ketchup, mustard, bar-b-que sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, & Worcestershire sauce.
- Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese, then bacon, then tots.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until casserole is heated through and tater tots are golden brown.
