Easter Marshmallow Bark
This was so much fun and easy peasy to make! Â The kids and I all loved it and we even made some with the neighbor kids! If you’re looking for a great, last-minute fun Easter treat; this is it!
Gather your ingredients:
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 3 cups (approximately 1/2 bag) of pastel color marshmallows
Get to cooking:
- Heat the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl at 50% for 45 seconds then stir. Continue this process until the white chocolate chips are completely melted.
- Add marshmallows to the white chocolate mixture and stir.
- Pour mixture onto wax paper, add sprinkles if desired, and allow to cool.
- Cut into egg shapes with egg shaped cookie cutter and serve!
