Knock knock! Â Is anybody home? Â I’m looking for Frankie, Mike, Axl, Sue and Brick. Â Am I in the right place? Â HAHA! Â You guessed it; I’m at the set of The Middle snooping around. Â Do you watch the show? Â It is so much fun! Â We had the opportunity to walk around the entire set. Â Having been to several sets by now; I was surprised at the size of this set; it is a fairly large set. Â We were able to tour the bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room! Â Oh yes, I folded the *clean* laundry of The Middle. Â That place was a mess LOL Â If you notice that their house is a bit more tidy this week; it’s because there were a bunch of Mommy Bloggers in there last week finding out what the HECK is going on with the Heck’s LOL.
Are they the modern-day Brady Bunch?  You will quickly find out; the Brady’s they are not.  As Mom, Frankie (Played by Patricia Heaton) and Dad, Mike (played by Neil Flynn) lovingly partner to steer their three children; Axl (played by Charlie McDermott), Sue (played by Eden Sher), and Brick (played by Atticus Shaffer) into adulthood.   I laugh during The Middle, but mostly I can relate.  If you haven’t seen the show yet, you should really check out this clip:
“This is Very Un-Brady” ~Â When they’re unable to find the overdue library book, the Hecks begin turning on each other.
There I am….doing what I do LOL  Cooking on the set of The Middle 😀  Oh yes, in the very same spot where Patricia Heaton stands.  Okay, *maybe* I’m a huge Patricia Heaton fan.
About The Middle:
“Forget about athletes, movie stars, and politicians. Parents are the real heroes – but we think Frankie Heck, must be some kind of superhero. A loving wife and mother of three, she’s middle class in the middle of the country and is rapidly approaching middle age.”
All of the Mommy Bloggers who were just *itching* to clean up this house!
I was also given the amazing opportunity to sit down and chat with Patricia Heaton, who plays Frankie on The Middle. Â You might recognize her from Everybody Loves Raymond. Â She’s has played many amazing roles, but I remember her most from Everybody Loves Raymond, and now The Middle!
Rachel, it was such a fun experience visiting The Middle! Thanks for sharing your pictures. 🙂
