Gingerbread-Turtle Thumbprint Cookies

If you’re looking for cookies this holiday season, then Pillsbury has you covered.  All of your favorite recipes and even some new ones.  These gingerbread-turtle thumbprint cookies look amazing!  I can just smell them baking.  I am going to try them as part of our cookie delivery to the local shelter next month.  I can’t wait to taste them!  I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did!

Ingredients

• 1 roll (30 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated gingerbread cookies
• 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
• 1 cup dulce de leche or caramel dessert topping
