Get Beautifully Straight Hair with the Wet to Dry Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron
Well, we’ve all seen the wet to dry flat irons.  We’ve all been approached by the guys at the kiosk in the mall.  I have been wanting to try a wet to dry flat iron for a few years now, but have heard mixed reviews.  When I was asked, by Flat Iron Experts, to review this Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron; I was thrilled!  I was finally going to find out, once and for all, what the deal is with these.  Do they work?  Do they damage your hair more than a regular flat iron?  Can you make grilled cheese sandwiches with them?  LOL  Now, obviously, they work to a degree or they wouldn’t still be making and selling them.  The next thing I wanted to know was how healthy (or unhealthy) they are for your hair.  So, I took to Google, which confused me even further.  I have this love/hate relationship with Google and online reviews/opinions.  Well, I guess I’d have to just find out for myself.
This flat iron was super easy peasy to figure out and use, effectively. Â Now, just to let you know up front, I am not a flat iron expert. Â I am just a mom, who uses a flat iron occasionally. Â Someone with more expertise probably could have gotten Hannah’s hair a little straighter. Â We were very happy with the process of wet to dry and the end results. Â Something I noticed that was different about this flat iron is that Hannah’s hair was much softer than it has ever been before when we straightened it. Â This is the 5th time, in her life, that we have straightened her hair. Â It turned out FABULOUS! Â We have a struggle with her hair because it is very fine and thin. Â We have to be very careful about the products we use. Â If they are too oily, they cause her hair to separate and look dirty. Â If they aren’t oily enough, then her hair won’t lay down correctly. Â The thermal shine spray they sent us to use with the flat iron was perfect and it had a great scent! Â Hannah loves to straighten her hair from time to time to see how long it has gotten. Â Keep in mind that her hair is extremely curly and has never even been trimmed. Â I am also happy to report that her hair is back to it’s normal curly bouncy texture that it was a few days ago with absolutely no damage from the wet to dry iron. Â So, if you’ve been holding off to see how these wet to dry irons actually work; you can rest assured, they do, indeed work. Â We went from wet, curly hair to dry straight hair in a matter of minutes with no damage! Â Go take a look at all of the flat irons they have to choose from over at Flat Iron Experts!

Adjustable Digital Temperature (Fahrenheit to Celsius):
The adjustable digital temperature display allows you to know the exact temperature of your flat iron for precision straightening. Wet to Dry heats up to a scorching 450° F (230 °C) in less than 30 seconds. The default temperature will be set to Fahrenheit; however, if it reverses to Celsius then simply follow the steps to change it back:
1. Unplug the iron, then plug it back into an outlet.
2. Press down on the “power” and the “^” buttons simultaneously for a few seconds. The screen will show “F” first. Your iron has now been set to Fahrenheit. To switch the setting to Celsius, follow those steps but press down (opposite arrow) and the power button. Your screen will show “C” indicating that the setting has been changed to Celsius.
Advanced Tourmaline / Ceramic Technology:
The perfect combination of the two distributes optimal high heat evenly across the surface, retains heat more efficiently, and eliminates damaging hot spots. Ceramic emits a natural source of negative ions and far infrared heat that helps your hair
1. Preserve more moisture within the hair shaft
2. Eliminates frizz and close the cuticle to create smooth and shiny hair
3. Causes less damage to the hair cuticle during styling
Negative Ion Technology:
Negative ions are atoms that can stop the growth of bacteria, fungi, etc., resulting in healthier hair and scalp. Negative ion energy is powerful enough to break apart clusters of water molecules. The smaller water molecules penetrate into the hair shaft by slipping between the cuticles, adding plumpness/volume to hair. The bombardment of negative ions also closes the hair cuticle, which is very good for the health and appearance of the hair
Far Infrared Heat:
Far Infrared (FIR) rays are electro-magnetic waves of energy, totally invisible to the naked eye, capable of penetrating deep into the human body, including the hair shaft. It therefore dries the hair from the inside out. The result is that more moisture remains in the hair shaft and there is less damage to the hair
