Choosing a Diet For New Years
How do you choose a diet for the new year? Â Do you choose a diet for the new year? Â Every year, since I could remember, I have chosen a new “diet” and every time I have failed. Â Don’t get me wrong, they all worked for a time, but by the end of the year I am always back to square one with a few extra pounds. Â I am determined for this year to be different!
Which? Weight Watchers? Jenny Craig? NutriSystem?  It’s that time of year. We all know we need to lose weight, don’t we? And doesn’t it come down to choosing among the Big 3 Weight Loss companies?  I don’t know about you, but for me, the idea that healthy food gets left on your doorstep in a big box once a month by the UPS guy just doesn’t seem right? Does it to you?
How can fresh, healthy food be delivered in a box that can sit out on your porch all morning and afternoon until you come home?  Then there is the cost. Yee-wow!!! How much are those boxes…$200…$300…$360 dollars?  Christmas is just past, and as much as I want to lose weight that high cost seems outside my budget. It sure did the last time I got those boxes delivered.
I also ask myself, is it really food? I know they talk about fat grams and vitamins, but isn’t real food a lot more than the chemicals they can load into the food. I think they just put a bunch of stuff in there to make the label look good, don’t you?  You know, the last time I tried one of those Big 3 boxed meal things, I just couldn’t get over the taste…it all looked so pretty in the ads on TV, and smelled good heating up. But after a few days, I was famished for real food. Weren’t you?  By the 5th day, I was so hungry that my cat started hiding from me.  Worst of all, 3 or 4 months after I lost those pounds, they all magically reappeared…just moved around a bit and settled in a few new places. A couple of months after that I weighed more than when the boxes first arrived.
I’m really tired of dieting. I saw this short video that explains why DIETS REALLY CAUSE WEIGHT GAIN. Check it out. It’s only about 1-and-a-half-minutes long, but it made a lot of sense to me.   This time around, I am ready for something else. An undiet.
I’ve heard about the #CoreUnDiet, and where to get a FREE sample. I’m going to try it, and save my money, my taste buds, and my scared cat.
