Pour fresh cranberries in Instant Pot liner.
Add sugar, juice and zest from orange, cinnamon, and water.
Place lid on instant pot and seal. Close vent.
Set to manual for 10 minutes.
Once the Instant Pot is finished, allow to naturally release for 10 minutes, then manually release pressure.
Stir and carefully place in mason jars while warm or wait until it cools to place in refrigerator.
Cranberry sauce will still be liquid while it is warm, but as it cools, it will turn into more of a gel.
