Easy Chocolate Velveeta Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 sticks Butter
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 lbs Confectioner sugar
  • 1 cup pecans optional

Instructions

  1. Sift cocoa and sugar together in large mixing bowl.

  2. Melt butter and cheese non-stick pan, over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Add vanilla and nuts (if desired) to the butter/cheese mixture.

  4. Mix the sugar with cocoa and add butter mixture.

  5. Stir until well combined and smooth (this is the hard part)

  6. Press into two 13 X 9 inch pans

  7. Allow to cool and cut into bite-sized squares.Store in air-tight container.
