Easy Fudge Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Flour
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips any type sweetened
  • 3/4 cup Butter salted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Spray a 9 X 13 inch pan generously with non-stick cooking spray or coat in cooking oil or shortening.

  3. In medium mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.In a large mixing bowl mix the eggs, butter, water and vanilla together until combined well.

  4. Gently add the flour mixture in with the egg mixture until thoroughly combined.

  5. Slowly pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly with spoon.

  6. Bake in the middle of the center rack of the oven for 35 minutes. You want the middle to be moist still, but set.

  7. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool for an hour.Cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
