New Poster From Zootopia Just Released #Zootopia

Good morning! I have a new poster from Walt Disney Animation Studio’s ZOOTOPIA! Plus, I thought it would be a great time to talk about this super fun movie again 😀 If you haven’t heard, Walt Disney Animation Studio has a new movie with talking animals coming out next year and it looks like it is going to be a hoot (no pun intended)! Okay, maybe that pun was intended LOL Is there going to be an owl in it? I’m not sure, I guess we’ll have to go watch it to see!  My kids laugh every time they see the fox and the rabbit walking and talking.  These characters capture the humor and sarcasm of human comedy and do a great job playing on that.   Be sure to check back often as I cannot wait to share more about Zootopia with you.

From Disney:

The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. But when optimistic Officer Judy Hopps (voice of Ginnifer Goodwin) arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman), to solve the mystery. Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Zootopia,” a comedy-adventure directed by Byron Howard (“Tangled,” “Bolt”) and Rich Moore (“Wreck-It Ralph,” “The Simpsons”) and co-directed by Jared Bush (“Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero”), opens in theaters on March 4, 2016.

  1. I love Disney movies, always have and probably always will! The creativity is amazing, and the animation, well, what can one say? I recently watched a PBS special about Walt Disney that was fascinating, and gave some insight into how those creative juices ran long before today’s modern animation. I can hardly wait for this movie!

  2. Sounds like they have some great actors/actresses as the voices, and a lot of great people involved, so I’m sure it’s going to be a good one. I’ll be taking my oldest when it comes out!

  3. I want to see this one. I think the characters look and sound very cute. And I agree with Jonathan, it does have a bit of a retro feel.
