There are so many great ways to use cranberry sauce.  I don’t often eat it by itself, but sometimes I love it by itself.  This cranberry sauce can also be used to top your favorite cheesecake and it is amazing! Make Fresh Cranberry Sauce In Your Instant Pot In 10 Minutes

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 20

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Fresh Cranberries rinsed
  • 3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Orange Juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour fresh cranberries in Instant Pot liner.

  2. Add sugar, juice and zest from orange, cinnamon, and water.

  3. Place lid on instant pot and seal.  Close vent.

  4. Set to manual for 10 minutes.

  5. Once the Instant Pot is finished, allow to naturally release for 10 minutes, then manually release pressure.  

  6. Stir and carefully place in mason jars while warm or wait until it cools to place in refrigerator.  

  7. Cranberry sauce will still be liquid while it is warm, but as it cools, it will turn into more of a gel.
