I wouldn’t recommend doing that as the balloons become very fragile after freezing. I also will say to be very careful when handling these frozen balloons. American Flag Cake for Memorial Day/4th of July I saw a patriotic cake while surfing the web and knew I needed to try it!  This was SUPER easy and fun to make.
